Welcome to the MB8Win platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", or "you") and MB8Win ("we", "the platform", or "mb8win") regarding your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by mb8win.

• You must notify mb8win immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation
• Do not share your mb8win account password with anyone, including family members
• Make sure you log out of your mb8win account after each session, especially on shared devices
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to the mb8win customer support team immediately
• You are responsible for ensuring all your account information — including phone number and email — is kept up to date

MB8Win uses 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account. However, your account security ultimately depends on your own personal security practices.

MB8Win supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for Malaysian players, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and all major Malaysian banks. All financial transactions on the mb8win platform are subject to the following rules:

Deposit:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended — review your bet slip carefully before confirming

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes

• Cheating, falsifying identity information, or impersonating another individual

• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your true location
• Spreading false or misleading information about mb8win

You may close your mb8win account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, please ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn. MB8Win will process account closure requests within 3 business days.

MB8Win reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, illegal activity, or money laundering
• Failure to comply with KYC verification requests within the specified timeframe
• Member-initiated self-exclusion requests for responsible gaming purposes
• Business decisions or operational changes to the mb8win platform

In the event of account closure due to a violation, mb8win reserves the right to withhold the account balance while an investigation is conducted. Once the investigation is complete, any balance unrelated to the violating activity will be returned to you within a reasonable timeframe.

• Third-party content or services that may be accessible through the mb8win platform

MB8Win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via an in-platform notice or email at least 7 days before taking effect, except in circumstances that require immediate action.

Continued use of the mb8win platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the mb8win platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
